GSA (Government Services Administration) Morgan Silver Dollars is that they were part of a large hoard of previously uncirculated Morgan Silver Dollars that were discovered in the U.S. Treasury’s vaults in the 1960s. The GSA acted as the sales agent for these coins, offering them to the public in special presentation cases from 1972 to 1980. These coins are highly sought after by collectors due to their limited availability and unique packaging.

Lady Liberty is on the obverse of the 1883-CC Morgan Dollar Coin. This left-profile bust of Liberty was created in 1878 by George T. Morgan and depicts Liberty with a laurel wreath and coronet on her head.

Morgan’s version of the heraldic eagle is found on the reverse side of the 1883  Morgan Silver Dollar. This design features a front-facing bald eagle with the arrows of war in one talon and the olive branch of peace in the other. This design is notable for its lack of a US national shield.
