The collection has grown with time to become one of the most diverse modern coin collections. Right now, 2012 1 Kilo Mexican Silver Libertad Coins are available.

Each 2012 1 Kilo Mexican Silver Libertad Coin offered here is packaged in a protective plastic capsule. The 1 Kilo Silver Libertad is the largest of eight weights available in the Silver Libertad Series, with the 1/20 oz Silver Coin being the smallest. The 1 Kilo Silver Libertad debuted in 2008, making this just the fourth issue in the collection.
Kilo Mexican Silver Libertads have traditionally had the lowest mintages in the Silver Libertad range. The highest mintage noted in this series as of 2022 was the 2011 1 Kilo Silver Libertad with sales of 6,000 coins. Following the release of these 2012 Silver Libertads, the 1 Kilo weight was cancelled in back-to-back years from 2013 to 2014.
The obverse of the 2012 Mexican Silver Libertad comes with a depiction of the national coat of arms. On all coins above 1 oz silver in this series, the modern coat of arms is set at the center of the design element and encircled by 10 historic versions of the seal that date all the way back to the Codex Mendoza developed by the Aztecs in 1524.
On the reverse side of 2012 1 Kilo Silver Libertad Coins, you will find the image of Winged Victory. Her statuesque figure is shown here just as it appears atop the Mexican Independence Victory Column in Mexico City. In the background, you’ll see the volcanic peaks of Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl.
